Systeme.io keeps its pricing simple: one free plan and three paid ones, billed monthly, with no transaction fees on any of them. The prices below match what's on the official pricing page as of September 2026. What the plans don't always make obvious is which one is right for where you are now, so I've added my own advice by profile after the table.

Every plan, including the free one, includes unlimited email sending, 0% transaction fees, unlimited file storage and unlimited students in your courses. You always pay your payment processor (Stripe or PayPal) their own rate, but Systeme.io never takes a cut of your sales.
The paid tiers aren't about unlocking basic features. Funnels, emails, automation, courses and the affiliate tools are there from the start. What you're really buying as you climb is headroom and a few higher-end tools.
Begin on the Free plan. It's not a trial: 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels and unlimited emails are enough to build a real funnel, collect leads and make your first sales. Stay here until a specific limit blocks you, usually the contact count or the third funnel. There's no card required, so there's nothing to cancel.
Move to Startup ($17) the moment the free caps get in your way. Unlimited funnels alone is worth the jump once you're running more than a couple of offers, and 5,000 contacts covers a healthy early list. This is where most of my readers settle for a while.
The Webinar ($47) plan is the one to look at. The automated webinar feature lets you run evergreen presentations that sell while you sleep, and 10,000 contacts gives a course business room to breathe. If webinars aren't part of your plan, you can skip this tier.
Unlimited ($97) makes sense when contacts stop being something you count, or when you need sub-accounts to manage separate brands or clients. The included free migration also takes the pain out of switching from ClickFunnels, Kajabi, Kartra, GoHighLevel or Podia.
The reason Systeme.io looks cheap is that it replaces several subscriptions at once. If you were paying separately for a funnel builder, an email service and a course host, one plan here often costs less than any single one of those. That's the honest case for it. The catch, as I cover in the full review, is that each built-in tool is very good rather than best-in-class, so heavy specialists may still want a dedicated tool alongside it.
