How to Integrate Mollie with systeme.io

Mollie is a popular European payment provider for cards, iDEAL, Bancontact, and other local methods. On systeme.io, Mollie connects through a simple OAuth-style link—you sign in to Mollie and authorize the platform, without manually copying secret API keys like some other gateways. Merchants in the Netherlands, Belgium, and wider EU often choose Mollie as an alternative to iDEAL/Bancontact via Stripe.

• A systeme.io account ( plan with payment gateways)
• A Mollie account (create one during connect if needed)
• Mollie account verification completed for live payments
• A sales funnel with order form and offer in a currency your Mollie profile supports

1. Log in to your systeme.io account
2. Click your profile picture → Settings
3. In the left menu, open Payment gateways
4. Click Connect next to Mollie
5. You are redirected to Mollie to log in or create an account
6. After logging in, click Log in / continue as prompted
7. Click Connect to authorize systeme.io to use your Mollie account

When the connection succeeds, Mollie appears as connected on the Payment gateways page in systeme.io.

If you operate multiple Mollie profiles (e.g. different brands or countries):

1. Return to Settings → Payment gateways
2. Click Change profile on the Mollie row
3. Choose the profile that should receive funnel payments
4. Click Save

Wrong profile = settlements and payment methods tied to the other business entity—double-check before going live.

To configure payment methods for your profile, go to the Mollie dashboard.

• Enable the methods you want (cards, iDEAL, Bancontact, SEPA, etc.) for that profile
• Complete any Mollie onboarding steps for each method
• Use test mode in Mollie for sandbox checkouts before switching to live

After the account link works, enable Mollie on each funnel that should accept it—same pattern as Stripe or PayPal:

1. Sites → Sales funnels → your funnel
2. Funnel settings
3. Enable Mollie (and disable competing gateways on that funnel if you want Mollie-only checkout)
4. Save

Build or update your order form and offer , then run a small live or test payment and confirm it under Sales → Transactions.
